Today I was at a friends house and we were watchicng “The Naked Chef” with Jamie Oliver and I saw delicious recipe called Brunch Bread and this afternoon I googled it and found it. So here it is and the link to website I got it from is

40g butter
1 small brown onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely sliced
200g small whole potatoes, cooked with skin on, then sliced into discs 1cm thick

ham slices
sour cream
cheddar cheese
Instructions:
1. Spray 9 x 11 inch pan with cooking spray and layer bottom of pan with the ham slices.
