Homemade Lemonade

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/4 cup finely grated lemon rind
1 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 litres water, extra

Sweet Sticky Rice and Banana

Ingreidients
300g white Thai glutinous rice
400ml can coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
100g caster sugar
2 bananas, peeled
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted Method

Soak the rice in cold water overnight. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain again.

Roast Spiced Chicken

1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp white peppercorns
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 loaf sourdough bread
